Return Policy

1. An item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if the following conditions are meet:
* Delivered in a physically damaged condition.

* Different from what was ordered.
* While most items can be returned for a refund or replacement within a 7-day return window, return policies may be different across product categories.

2. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy.
